Why We Built This Site
Indiana generally presumes public access to court records, subject to the Rules on Access to Court Records and other law. The practical challenge in Martin County is choosing the correct source. MyCase displays eligible public Odyssey information, CourtCal focuses on near-term hearings, and the Martin County Clerk keeps the official Circuit Court file. This site brings the verified search routes, contact details, request methods, and local case-number context together while preserving the limits of each source.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and interpreted in Martin County
- Court dates and settings: how to use the court calendar and confirm a hearing with the court
- Case lookups: how to run a case search by name, case number, citation, or attorney through MyCase
- Record requests: how court records, public CCS entries, and certified copies are requested from the Clerk
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site with no connection to Martin Circuit Court, the Martin County Clerk, or any Indiana agency. Its role has firm limits:
- It cannot retrieve an official docket sheet or court file
- It cannot set, reset, continue, or confirm a hearing
- It cannot seal, remove, correct, or amend a court entry
- It cannot authenticate a docket, order, or other record
- It does not provide legal advice about an individual matter
- It cannot promise that a fee, office detail, or setting has not changed
Only the Martin County Clerk or the court holding the record can provide an official or certified copy. This site can identify the route, but cannot issue the document.
Search Partners
Search boxes on some pages are supplied by outside providers that operate under their own prices and terms. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. The provider, not this site, controls its charges and results.
